Return / Exchanges

We will honor returns or exchange items purchased directly from Mustard Seed Faith Company Store front or mustardseedfaithco.com. We cannot accept items purchased through a 3rd party or a community fundraiser.

We have a 14-day store credit/exchange policy on all unused, unopened items - with a receipt.

If an order was placed online and an item is deemed in need of returning or replacing, we will send an electronic store credit gift card to the email on file for the item/order amount MINUS shipping costs & 10% admin/payment processors fee.

To start a return, please fill out the contact form on our Contact Us page, linked at the bottom of our website. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, if approved, your store credit will be processed. For all online orders, there will be a 10% restocking/cancellation fee which covers ONLY the original order's payment processing fees (this is not a charge we keep.)

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), candle refills, used products, etc. We also do not accept returns for products being returned outside of the 14-day window. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

We cannot accept returns on sale items, damaged products or gift cards.

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges for items if the item is the same as the originally purchased item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After 14 days of receiving your item, if no claim is made, we will not be able to replace your item.
