Shipping policy

 

All orders are shipped through USPS,UPS or FEDEX, typically delivered within 3-7 business days of shipping, unless there are carrier delays. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email. After a package has shipped and left our facility, we are no longer responsible for your package. If your package says delivered and you are unable to locate, please contact your neighbors first as they often end up in familiar hands. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact your shipping provider. Additionally, if they are unable to recover your package, please reach out to our Customer Service for a replacement. We recommend purchasing route package protection as an extra precaution in case your order is lost.

Our current processing times are 2-4 business days for ready-made orders with the exception of weekends and holidays. Orders may arrive faster, but please remain be patient as we are a small business. Custom orders have separate processing times that will be listed in the product description, if not listed please expect 5-7 days.
